ATD Virtual Conference

Ook ATD gaat online! Ter vervanging van de conferentie in Denver, organiseert de Association for Talent Development een virtuele conferentie, die plaatsvindt van 1 juni t/m 5 juni. Op het programma staan 4 keynotes, meer dan 25 gefaciliteerde sessies, meer dan 100 ‘on demand’ sessies (video’s) en verschillende initiatieven om virtueel te netwerken. Het aanbod is 24/24 beschikbaar, zodat de hele wereld kan deelnemen.
 

Keynotes

Ken Blanchard: The Importance of Creating A Compelling Personal Vision Statement: Why Now is the Perfect Time. Ken Blanchard is wereldberoemd trainer en consultant. Hij schreef in 1982 de bestseller The One Minute Manager®, gevolgd door vele andere boeken.
 
Marcus Buckingham: StandOut Teams - How to Build Strong Teams Through Strengths. Marcus Buckingham is een van ’s werelds meest prominente onderzoekers op vlak van sterke punten en leiderschap en ontwikkelde mee de StrengthsFinder tool
 
Erica Dhawan: Digital Body Language: The New Rules of Trust and Collaboration. Deze “Oprah of Management Ideas” host de zeer populaire podcast ‘Masters of Leadership’ en schreef de bestseller Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence. Ze is expert in hedendaagse samenwerkingsskills.
 
Keith Ferrazzi: Co-Elevation Kickoff: Going Higher Together. Keith Ferrazzi is als oprichter van onderzoeksinstituut Ferrazzi Greenlight pleitbezorger van ‘leiderschap zonder autoriteit’. Hij schreef bestsellers Who’s Got Your Back en Never Eat Alone.
