Gender Equity in Training - ONLINE

After this training you will

  • be able to identify different perspectives on sex/gender
  • have reflected on the importance of recognising the role of gender, and other social categories, in training
  • understand the role of sex/gender in each element of training
  • be able to identify the role and impact of sex/gender in your training programmes
  • have discussed over 25 practical recommendations on how to make your training programme more gender equitable
  • have an action plan on how you will support the equity and inclusion of your training programmes
 

Duration

8 weeks. Average time requirement 1 hour/week.
 

Language

These editions will be facilitated in Dutch. Please note that the instructions and some of the training material will be in English.

 
Group size

Maximum 8 participants, to ensure high level of interactivity.

Blended, incl. self-study, online discussions, and four 60-minutes virtual meetings via MS Teams, from 8.30 – 9.30 am (CET) on:

About the trainer

Ingeborg Kroese (MSc, MA) is Doctoral Researcher at the Open University UK and Founder of Enhance Facilitation. For 15 years I gained International and commercial experience in various management and leadership roles in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods in Europe, Asia and the Middle East/ North Africa. Since 2006, I apply my knowledge about global commercial businesses in my training, coaching and consultancy. I develop and facilitate commercial, interpersonal and management/ leadership programmes in different countries and cultures.
